I`ve been here since March, my daily routine changed totally... To wash clothes are not so complicated than before (my clothes are the right size, not been short)... I`ve been accostumated to eat oil food, with a lot of peppers... And the most important, I realize that I know many words and my vocabulary is increasing more and more...
Yesterday I leaned some slangs... Have you had any ideia how similar portuguese can be to english??? ... I can answer, it`s very similar... For example: Profound (remember profundo) Grace (remember graciosa). And many others words...
Today I went to the pier... in front of the Ferrie Boats... how beautiful is this place at spring, many flowers, grass, life... It`s fantastic how a little warm can change our mood. Sometimes, i feel bad to the canadiens, because they just have "freedom" only 4 months... after the weather goes down and they return to hibernation... POOR GUYS
At least, I`m having fun... I`m making friends... I`m living.
